An opportunity now exists for an IT-savvy, customer focused’ person to join our expanding team to provide excellent customer service to clients and jobseekers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the delivery of QJumpers’ products and services which involves providing assistance with ad writing; placement of job listings on jobsites; managing system account updates; purchasing job packs for clients
  • Providing support and advice to job seekers via phone, web and email
  • Responding to client phone, web and email enquiries
  • Preparing reports, candidate statistics and other information as required

Skills required:

  • You need to be very tech savvy and able to easily pickup new web applications and technologies
  • Superb communication skills - you will be the first person to take enquiries and so will soon become the voice of QJumpers
  • A friendly and professional manner along with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Ideally you will have an administration background and experience with a wide range of technologies
