In this operational/customer service coordination role you will be liaising with customers and clients, undertaking general administration plus ballot management and processing.
The role is varied, fast paced and time will fly! At times the deadlines and procedures mean it will be full on' so a cheerful individual will thrive here. In this a hugely process focused role so it's important you can demonstrate strong customer service attitude, a high level of initiative, sound judgement along with discretion. Competency in a customer centric role is essential as are prioritising and time management skills; along with a professional demeanor and exceptional attitude.
Experience with the relevant legislation's such as the Privacy Act along with application processing with a government organisation, membership based organisation or similar environment will ensure you are placed in good stead for this role.
