Our Client:
My client is a successful manufacturing company who have been working within the industry for 30+ years. They are known for having the latest technology to ensure they are manufacturing high performance products that exceed customer requirements and expectations. They are a friendly, hardworking, small team who enjoy a pleasant working environment.
The role:
- Voice of the business, answering all phone queries
- An element of general administration including ordering of office materials and maintaining paperwork, data entry and purchase orders associated.
- Assisting the sales team with quotes and processing invoices
- Hours of work will be Mon – Thurs 7.45am-4.30pm and Friday 7.30am-3pm
We require someone with:
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a manufacturing industry would be an advantage
- Professional telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills with an ability to prioritize your workload and have an attention to detail
- Be self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be a great team player and have a willingness to learn new processes.
