Our client

The role
This role will see you answering a high volume of calls from a New Zealand wide customer base. You will be responsible for providing professional expertise to customers to help them meet their financial needs, Kiwisaver investments and savings. You will also need to be empathetic as customers may be experiencing hardship.
The hours
You’ll be working on a rotating roster released every 4 weeks. You will be starting between the hours of 8am -10am Monday – Friday.
About training
You will be provided with 2 weeks of full time classroom training to ensure that you are well equipped with the information and skills necessary.
To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria
- Clear credit history
- Clear criminal record
- Complete a verbal reasoning test
- Background in customer service – retail, hospitality or contact centre would be a bonus!
- Strong attention to detail – as errors will cause significant issues for customers
- Strong Microsoft Word skills
