As a Placement Specialist sometimes you'll have one of a kind problems to solve!
You love routine and processes. You crave order in your work and take pride in dotting all the 'i's' and crossing all the 't's' before going home for the day. Yet despite these preferences you are the type of person who can deal with a last minute curve ball with a smile on your face and re-prioritise your tasks to get whatever needs doing done!
In this varied and fast-paced role your key responsibilities will include coordinating placement logistics for our doctors, managing the completion of compliance and regulatory documentation and preparing final reports so doctors know where to go on their first day of work.
The skills and attributes you'll need to display...
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised with meticulous administration skills
- Able to self-manage and comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Experience in managing and prioritising a varied and complex array of daily tasks ensuring results are delivered in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, as you will be liaising directly with our doctors and clients
- A history of providing exceptional customer service and support to others
- High degree of computer literacy
- Degree qualification preferred
- Previous experience with the Medical Industry would be advantageous for the role

In this full-time role you'll be part of a fun, sociable team working in our Frankton office. Our office hours are aligned with Queensland, Australia, working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 11:30am-8:00pm (summer) and 10:30am-7:00pm (winter).
