• Administration Role - 3 month temporary role
• $20-22p/h
• Must have NZ Drivers License

We are looking for a strong administration officer to join a fast paced environment based in Auckland's CBD.

This is a government department and the start date is ASAP for a three month temp role - initially. 

Details of role: 
• Purchasing of goods & services, including obtaining quotes, purchase order preparations and goods receipting
• Arranging travel bookings, including air travel, accommodation and rental cars/taxis.
• Fleet maintenance 
• Archiving of hard copy records including accuracy checking, lodgement registering, retrieving and disposal of archived files
• Mail processing 
• Arranging building services repairs and maintenance 
• Other administrative duties as requested by the Team Leader

In order to apply you must have: 
• Intermediate or above proficiency in MS programs (Outlook, Word & Excel) and ability to learn new systems with ease
•  Adherence to Security and Confidentiality policies in regards to work they may undertake or be involved with
• Must have a clear criminal history 
• Must have NZ Driver's license, be a NZ citizen or permanent resident and have lived in NZ for the last five years (can not have been overseas for a period longer than 6 months).
