Free up your afternoon’s and be an office administrator on a Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 7.45 am

Our Wanganui based client has challenged us to track down a team member that suits an informal office and brings with them experience and ability to efficiently carry out duties such as:

  • Phoning customers for orders
  • Entering invoices and driver's run sheets
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable duties
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Ordering supplies
  • General office duties

You will need to have:

  • Previous office experience
  • A good head for numbers
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability and temperament to think and learn quickly
  • Previous experience with computerised accounting systems - Accredo would be useful but is not essential

This IS essential:

  • A perfect phone manner
  • Clear and correct written and verbal communication
  • The ability and willingness to attend to the filing, make a great cup of coffee and maintain a clean office.
