Free up your afternoon’s and be an office administrator on a Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning from 7.45 am
Our Wanganui based client has challenged us to track down a team member that suits an informal office and brings with them experience and ability to efficiently carry out duties such as:
- Phoning customers for orders
- Entering invoices and driver's run sheets
- Accounts Receivable and Payable duties
- Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries
- Ordering supplies
- General office duties
You will need to have:
- Previous office experience
- A good head for numbers
- Great attention to detail
- The ability and temperament to think and learn quickly
- Previous experience with computerised accounting systems - Accredo would be useful but is not essential
This IS essential:
- A perfect phone manner
- Clear and correct written and verbal communication
- The ability and willingness to attend to the filing, make a great cup of coffee and maintain a clean office.
