Hours: 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday

We require a claims administrator to join our busy head office team in allocating clients to the appropriate health professionals within our organisation. The role is also responsible for ensuring client data is held securely and confidentially and inputting that data into our systems accurately in order to facilitate a thorough and professional service.

Candidates are required to have:

Full, and on-going right to work legally in New Zealand

A high level of attention to detail

Previous, proven, successful customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with Word and Excel applications

Previous data entry experience is preferable
