IT Helpdesk position with immediate start.
Your new company
This Company is based on the outskirts of the Christchurch CBD with ample parking and a great team culture. They are looking for an outgoing Level 1 IT helpdesk specialist to join their team immediately.
Your new role
The main responsibilities for this role are:-
· Primarily providing support and directions to customers
· Provide support request fulfilment in a timely manner
· Troubleshoot Incidents
· Maintain great relationships with customers including communication of support and projects
· Maintain support jobs up to date
· Escalate support jobs to the appropriate team members
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have be an IT graduate with some customer service experience. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not a requirement as this team are placing the focus on personality fit. The team are all outgoing and are looking for someone that will fit in with a friendly and positive team dynamic.
