Bay Venues proudly manages 24 venues spread across the Tauranga, Mount Maunganui and Papamoa regions. Our venues incorporate aquatic facilities, community centres, community halls, gyms, and the iconic ASB Baypark facility. We currently have a vacancy for a bubbly and friendly Receptionist to be our next Clubfit Ambassador, to greet members when they arrive for their workout. We are a highly passionate and energetic team of people who thrive on ensuring our members are receiving the highest level of service we can offer.
As the face of Clubfit, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and accurate reception service along with administration support. Participation in the development of upcoming promotions for membership growth and retention, cashing up, stock control, and processing of new memberships will all be part of your daily responsibilities.
To be successful you must:
- Be committed to providing an unparalleled level of customer experience
- Have proven ability to communicate with, and relate to a broad range of people from a variety of ages, cultures and backgrounds
- Have relevant administration experience, including POS and cash handling
- Be competent in the MS Office suite of products to an Intermediate level
- Be level headed and methodical when dealing with stressful or emergency situations
This is a part time position based at our Clubfit Baywave facility. We are offering weekly shifts, plus additional cover shifts may be required, so flexibility is essential.
Shifts are: Wednesday 2pm – 8pm, and every second Sunday 8am – 4.30pm.
