Have you worked in a busy, high volume Call Centre? Then this is the job for you!
We are searching for individuals who are customer service orientated to work in South Auckland and City Locations working 40 hours per week.
The role:
Working in an inbound Call Centre you will be the first point of contact for customers by the way of phone calls. Your day to day will involve:
• Taking inbound calls from customers.
• Using an up to date CRM system to fill out customers details.
• Providing knowledge to the customers about the organisations campaign.
