We're on the hunt for a full-time NextGen Pastor. 

The NextGen Pastor leads the teams who minister to the different generations. 

A NextGen Pastor is strategically minded, administratively skilled, active in recruiting and team development, an experienced preacher, has a pastoral heart, and values relational ministry with an emphasis on the relationships between the different age demographics.

The basics:

• Have strong communication skills and are relationship-oriented
• Can inspire and motivate people to action, whether you're sitting with a small group or standing in front of a large crowd
• Able to preach compelling and interesting sermons to members of numerous demographics.
• Enjoy leading and teaching people how to reach their goals, develop a more in-depth in faith and grow their skills
• Be a leader of leaders, who loves to work hard and have fun
• A person who embodies integrity and character and lives out the core values and beliefs of BBC

The works:

• Champion every age group, inspiring our church to say yes to the next generation, investing in their future now.
• Delight in organising, managing and structuring projects/teams - but are also able to change plans at a moments notice
• Always be a step or two ahead of the team, feeding them what they need to learn and grow in their God-given calling to minister the different age groups. 
• Work well in collaboration with the Senior Pastor and the Executive team as they carry out Elders decisions.
