We have a number of Casual assignments that come up from time-to-time to support our Building Construction & Services pathway. You'll prepare and deliver learning materials to students, fostering their learning and development. You'll support this learning within a classroom setting and in our training facility.
Our casual assignments can range from 1 day to a few weeks, and hours can vary from casual part-time to full-time hours.
Our standard working week is 37.5 hours. Your assignments are likely to take place during office hours (flexibility with working hours is desirable) located a our Mt Albert campus.
About you
Lecturer - As an industry leader in Carpentry, you're naturally passionate about making the future of the profession as bright as possible. With our focus on applicable learning, you're on the cutting edge of industry best practices, as well as holding a certificate in a related field. Tutorial Assistants - You will be a Carpentry student in your final year of study or you may have recently graduated. You will assist the Lecturers and students in both the classroom and the training facility.
You're comfortable communicating to a wide range of audiences, including students who may be new to the discipline.
You're keen to learn and can adapt and thrive in any work environment.
