Role:

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our students and visitors. 

You will take pride in your ability to manage lots of different priorities, and maintain professional standards always. You will be responsible for:

1. Arrange homestay

  • Receive homestay application after payment made by agent or student
  • Monitor homestay duration and check if student needs extension. If required, check availability of host with Gary and issue new invoice to student.
  • Process cancellation and refund when student wants to cancel homestay. Check the reason for cancellation and inform Gary before processing refund.

2. Arrange airport pick-up/drop-off

  • After confirmation of host profile, arrange airport pick-up by sending flight details and homestay information to Airport Transfers Ltd

3. Process Invoices

  • Receive invoices from International Homestay Ltd and Airport Transfers Ltd.
  • Check rate and duration of invoice for each student. Ask for revised invoice if necessary.

4. Conduct survey

  • Check feedback from students and meet them if necessary. Gary should be informed of any issues and requests from student

5. Hold meeting with International Homestay Ltd twice  a year

The successful applicant will have:

  • Self-motivation with the ability to demonstrate initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Valid work rights for NZ
