WORKPLACE LITERACY
(Computer Skills) TRAINER
HLC requires a dynamic and vibrant trainer to be based in Paraparaumu.
You will be responsible for the development and delivery of literacy and/or numeracy training using a computer platform. Training is tailored to the needs of the particular work place and includes analysis of learner literacy learning needs (LLN) and assessment of achievements against learner and programme goals.
Anticipated 15+ contact hours per week, total hours negotiable.
Applicants should have …
- A National Certificate in Adult Literacy & Numeracy Education (Vocational/Workplace)
- Adult literacy training experience
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- A strong client focus and good relationship management skills
- The ability to create a supportive and safe environment for learning
- Experience in programme evaluation and planning
