An exciting opportunity has become available to lead accommodation support services for tertiary students.
AUT is a contemporary university delivering a unique student experience, through an active, stimulating and transforming education. The Accommodation Advisor supports this experience through delivery of accommodation information and case management to students ensuring ongoing support and facilitating a positive university experience.
This role is interesting and varied; delivering comprehensive advice, developing and maintaining key stakeholder and community relationships and providing case management for hardship and unique accommodation needs. Holding primary responsibility for this area with support of the Director Stakeholder Relations, we are looking for an insightful and creative individual.
A talented professional with proven success in previous roles, you will also demonstrate;
- Significant experience in residential tenancy management
- The ability to develop beneficial networks both internally and across the community
- A broad working knowledge of community based support services

You must hold eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizenship/permanent residency or a valid work permit) to be considered for this role. New Zealand and Australian citizens and permanent residents will be given priority consideration for this position.
