We're looking for an energetic person who can inspire our Clubhouse members to realise their creative potential. Part of an international network, the Clubhouse is all about growing young people's creative technology skills to take into tertiary education and future careers.

Working alongside the wider Clubhouse team, the purpose of the Session Assistant role is to support Clubhouse members to develop youth-led projects, and help with the day to day operations of the Clubhouse. In the time we've been operating, Clubhouse members (aged 10-18 years) have written and produced films, created a range of graphic design materials, and experimented with animation and electronics.

You'll have previous experience working with young people, and familiarity with a range of software and digital gear. Knowledge of music, music production and performance may be an advantage. Your competence with things digital will mean you're not fazed by new software or gadgets and can enjoy learning alongside Clubhouse members.

This is a 25 hour a week, permanent position. Hours during school terms are Monday to Friday, 2-7pm. Hours during school holidays are Monday to Friday, 12-5pm.
