We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our dynamic training team as part of our Award winning Business Technology Team. This is a truly creative and exhilarating opportunity as you will be responsible for creating all of our online learning modules.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bring your instructional design development and advice experience to Auckland Transport.Working with subject matter experts, you will identify target audience's training needs, defining objectives for course or modules. Being one of two Instructional Designers in our team, you will have the safety net of an expert to liaise with and bounce ideas off.

We want the course content you create to be, compelling utilising a variety of mediums (audio, video, simulations, role play, games etc.). The storyboards you create will need to be on point with the requirements of your customer, exploiting your excellent listening skills and ability to glean from your audience exactly what they are wanting to achieve.

You will also be across quality assurance and improvements, ensuring all eLearning is consistent across the organisation.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

What will ensure your success in this role is your strength in building relationships and working with a variety of stakeholders. We want you to provide critical thought to the overall instructional design process so you're enabled to make good decisions. You could be an eLearning specialist, or ideally you would have had at least a couple of years in an Instructional Design environment.

• Web design
