As a Charge Hand, you will need to:
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 3:15pm - 6:45pm and Sunday 11:00am - 6:00 pm.
- Manage the daily performance of your team.
- Ensure that courier products and parcels are sorted according to set KPI's and criteria.
- Work closely with the shift management team to ensure that our operations are consistently smooth and efficient 24/7.
- Support the staff, and demonstrate leadership to the team.
- Have previous experience in an operational environment and a fork-hoist licence (advantageous but not essential).
- A reasonable level of strength and fitness as well as strong attention to detail.
