Machine Operator & Mixing Operator

Machine Operator:
With previous machine operation experience and a demonstrated mechanical aptitude, you will operate high-speed FMCG manufacturing machinery, set-up/troubleshoot machinery and have a great eye for detail with demonstrated initiative for continuous improvement.

Mixing Operator:
With previous machine operation or blending experience in the food industry, you will follow recipes, weigh out raw materials and operate high speed spindle mixers. The ideal candidate will have solid numeracy and literacy skills with a high level of accuracy and enjoy physical work in a fast-paced team environment.

The Operators we are looking for:

• Have manufacturing/machine operation experience - including machine set-up, operation and troubleshooting
• Are physically fit (heavy lifting is required - 10kgs to 25kgs approx.)
• Are passionate about manufacturing and have a positive 'can-do' attitude
• Can write up quality checks and production calculations
• Can work in a fast-paced environment safely, effectively and productively
• Show initiative and get involved in continuous improvement
• Are proficient with computers and comfortable with technology
• Gets on well with others and builds good relationships
