- ASAP Start - 6 Month Assignment
We are looking for a Procurement Support Co-ordinator to start in the CBD immediately.
This is a 6 months long assignment with the potential of an extended contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that contracts are administered within specified timeframes
- Set-up and track the progress of each contract
- Update all payment and purchasing process through SAP
- Update the supplier database
- Liaise with key stakeholders and various business units
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ contract management experience
- Advanced MS Excel skill
- SAP/SharePoint (ideal
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Systematic & able to juggle multiple priorities
- Quick to pick up technical information, numerically minded
- Resilient
- Available immediately for 6 months (or longer)
