What you'll be doing:
You will be taking ownership of the warehousing functions in our brand-new beverage facility. Manging goods coming and going from the site and other production duties as required.
Key tasks will include:
Receive and process incoming stock and ingredients including unloading, receipting and lot labelling; ·
Pick and load out finished goods including the management of stock to different inventory locations based on product requirements; ·
Managing internal & customer DIFOT requirements; ·
Management of Chep Pallet Requirements; ·
Assisting in regular stocktakes of all inventory types. ·
Being a key user on our ERP system (NAV) and assisting in the development of the warehouse management system; ·
Being a key link between operations and administration to ensure stock movements are accounted for physically and financially. ·
The following skills and experience are required:
Current forklift licence; ·
Previous warehousing & logistics experience; ·
Great organisation & fantastic time management; ·
Previous experience working with an ERP and or warehouse management software; ·
A team player with a can-do attitude. ·
As well as holding the above attributes you will be analytical and extremely proactive. You will be comfortable working within a small, very supportive business, somewhere where you will have to roll your sleeves up to get the job done! You must love fast-paced and be able to demonstrate a proactive work ethic!
