The Customer Design and Delivery team within Retail Product develop market propositions and manage solutions that enhance the performance of key customer segments, to deliver good customer outcomes.
What you will do
Reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Delivery, you will be a subject matter expert for the development and delivery of customer conversations to prioritised segments. Responsibilities include:
- Using customer insights and data to identify and inform customer conversation opportunities to support priority segment and business objectives
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to design, develop and deliver customer centric customer value propositions and enhance existing propositions; as well closely supporting both the delivery of campaigns and other product related initiatives
- Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve better customer and organisational outcomes
What you will bring
In developing and delivering propositions to prioritised segments, you will be valued for your action-oriented attitude, your collaboration skills, and your ability to solve problems to deliver within challenging deadlines.
You will have a strong customer focus, be able to leverage stakeholder relationships, and be capable in supporting and delivering to customer led strategies. We are looking for someone with experience in core product, marketing or operational delivery within distribution environments, preferably within the financial services sector.
