- Finance Co–commercial lending
- Updating and reviewing the compliance frameworks
- Ensure group complies with all relevant legislation and regulatory regulations
Our client is an established financial services organisation focussed on mortgage lending and risk. They are looking to appoint a Compliance Analyst to ensure the company meets the requirements of all the relevant legislative and regulatory
The role :
- Compliance with AML/CFT Act
- Clients due diligence procedure design and review
- Maintaining the external relationships with the FMA
- Keeping up to date with industry developments
- Promoting awareness of compliance issues across the business and give advice on any changes.
The person:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have previous compliance knowledge and a good understanding of key legislation and regulations. You will be required to enhance the current compliance programme
You must be confident liaising with people and be able to explain technical information to non subject matter experts
Along with your excellent written and verbal communication skills you must be a well organised self starter who takes ownership of tasks.
