Pope & Co Mortgages is an award winning, busy, growing mortgage business based in Paraparaumu but servicing the greater Wellington region and beyond.
It's currently a team of 6 with its Director one of NZ's top mortgage advisers arranging nearly 100 million in lending per annum.
The role is a busy one including:
- Managing fixed rate reviews
- Liaising with banks and clients
- Helping prepare quality lending submissions
- Loading client data accurately
- Assisting the team and Director with admin tasks as required
- Providing assistance in getting clients mortgage free quicker and review their financial situation
You will have or be:
- Recent home lending experience (min 5 years)
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- A team player
- Self motivated
- Good with technology
- Good numerical and problem solving ability
- Well organised
- A quick learner and good under pressure
- Interest in property and helping improve peoples' financial position
We offer a happy team environment in Paraparaumu, competitive salary and modern office.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm though a 9-4pm part time role may be considered.
