- Driving Walkers to and from the Milford and Routeburn Tracks
- Class 2 and 4 licences required
Ultimate Hikes provides visitors from all over the world with a unique insight into the magic of New Zealand's wilderness by offering multi-day guided walks on the world renowned Milford, Routeburn & Greenstone Tracks.
We have full time positions starting mid October until the end of the walking season on 23 April.
The Coach Driver is responsible for providing a safe, informative and reliable customer transport service to the start and from the end of the Milford, Routeburn or Greenstone Tracks.
You will be driving 46 - 58 seat coaches so will need both class 2 and class 4 licences with a P endorsement.
Key responsibilities will include

Conduct all trips in a safe, non-aggressive, legal and courteous driving style.
• Provide commentary on the coach which is relevant, informative and enjoyable.
• Inspect and prepare the vehicle prior to departure and at the end of each day to ensure the vehicle is clean, tidy and presentable for guests
• Load and unload luggage and freight as required.
• Undertake all coach driving duties to the standard expected by the company
You will be able to show previous experience and qualifications in your application. Previous positions in a remote environment and working autonomously would be an advantage
