We offer services from the fulfilment of the entire relocation/removal process for corporations and their employees, to moving a home across town or around the world.

What’s Involved?        
The Internal Sales Coordinator is responsible for maximising potential in the domestic move market by providing quality service to existing customers and ensuring all avenues are sought to convert sales enquiries into bookings.  It is an internal sales position, with a high volume of customer contact via phone and email, and the possibility of occasional face to face contact with clients.

The following skills and attributes are required:

1. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
2. Proactive with the motivation to maximise sales revenue
3. Strong customer service focus
4. Previous experience within sales coordination and preparation of quotations would be advantageous
5. Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet important deadlines
6. High attention to detail
7. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as managing their workload autonomously
8. IT literate and experienced using the Microsoft Office suite, as well as willing to learn new systems and processes
