If you are an early riser, looking to make some dough then we may have an opportunity for you!
We are currently looking for motivated employees to work at one of Masterton's most well known factories. Most of the available shifts start early in the day so you will need to be available to work shift work.
If you work hard and prove that you are reliable, you may even get an opportunity for progression or permanent placement.
Applicants will need to meet the following criteria:
- Pass a pre-employment Drug test
- Undergo Ministry Of Justice Check
- Be reliable and have reliable transport
- Be contactable by mobile phone
- Be willing and able to work shift work.
- Be physically fit and able to work an 8 - 10 hour shift
- Provide 2 recent work references
It is a fact that most of our ongoing temporary roles require a certain level of physical fitness. You are on your feet for 10 hours a day (great training for Rugby & Netball)! If you prefer to sit on a couch all day, then you are probably not for us, but if you are keen to learn, motivated to work and know how to answer your phone and set your alarm ... the rest is a piece of cake!
Being a member of the Drake Masterton Temp Team is a great stepping stone for other career opportunities. Once you have passed our basic requirements which include some simple tests and reference checking then it shouldn't be long before we can utilise you as a Drake Temp. We work extremely hard to assist our temps to succeed and we work as closely with our temps as we can, often assisting them with their CVs and providing employment advice and support when shifting elsewhere in New Zealand.
