We now have a fantastic opportunity in our Revenue Assurance Services Team for a Senior Credit and Fraud Analyst to drive the enhancement of the Credit and Fraud capability across the team and the business. Using analysis and problem solving, you will provide detailed insight and recommendations for new strategies, processes, procedures and policies that can lead to the improvement of fraud detection or the reduction in bad debt losses.
Your experience with scorecards will enable you to carefully monitor their effectiveness and identify opportunities for process and policy improvement and implementation. On completion of investigations detailing key issues, finding and recommendations, you will provide high quality reports and briefs and ensure management, follow up and resolution of any fraudulent activity.
As a natural influencer and leader, you will effectively lead the provision of quality and timely data insights to the business, offering recommendations for improvement, operationally and financially.
We're seeking a number crunching individual who has a solid understanding of credit and fraud risk management and who lives for the excitement of analytics and action to balance risk with profitability in a fast-paced environment!
Proficiency in data analysis and the use of data mining tools (SQL/SAS) is essential.
