We seek an experienced Leading Hand for our modern manufacturing plant located in Mangere. This role will manage operations within our small Fabrication team. A certification in Welding is a must.

THE ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

• Day-to-activities of Welder/Fabricator
• Managing staff and facilitating their training
• Ensuring consistency of high quality products
• Creating strong and positive working relationships

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Hands-on experience as Welder/Fabricator
• Proficiency in using computer systems
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Accuracy and an eye for detail and quality
• Health & Safety Champion
