Our Dargaville Branch is looking for a motivated and dynamic banking professional to join their team. *What you will do. As a Personal Banker you will be responsible for the proactive promotion of ASB Bank products and services. You will develop new business through the provision of Customer Service Officer referrals, proactive follow-ups, and regular outbound calling to clients. You will educate your customers on the various options available to them to meet their individual needs and to make their banking easier.
What we're looking for. You will already have proven performance converting referrals to sales, developing new business opportunities and have the ability to build credibility with the frontline team to create a referral pipeline for new business. Passionate about delivering unbeatable service you will be digitally savvy and be able to think on your feet. Existing banking experience is essential, while lending knowledge and previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous.
