With their core values being; respect of customers and each other, understand and care, being transparent and honest at all times, along with working hard and having fun – they are responsible lenders, with genuine community spirit.   They now have a key vacancy to lead and manage the day to day functions of their Rotorua branch.

With the key result areas being focused around strategy, operational functions and reporting, we seek a candidate who has experience in personal lending, with local knowledge and established community connections that will help to drive business success.

Leading a small team, the key responsibilities of this role include;

• Driving the development of all aspects of the company’s business to ensure projected outcomes of strategies and plans are achieved
• Driving Branch performance through sales targets and effective coaching and training of staff
• Preparation of management reports

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has finance industry experience – ideally in the areas of lending and credit management.  You’ll also need to be a proven leader with a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop culture within a small team environment.

You’ll have initiative, outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, along with numerical and analytical competency, and naturally, really thrive on the challenge of growing the branch further.  You’ll also demonstrate excellent computer literacy and a sound understanding of IT systems, and support requirements.
