Fleet manager wanted! Immediate start
A fleet manager is needed for the company Nirmal Thaira Holdings Limited. We need someone with A positive attitude, management qualification and Class 4 / 5 licence with up to 2 years’ management experience however we can provide some training for the right candidate
The responsibilities are as followed:
- Liaising with clients in many mediums (including e-mail, telephone, and direct meetings) to determine their requirements and provide customers with advice, quotes and information regarding our services, rates, obligations and handling complaints. You will provide on-going information and guidance to teams to insure they understand with any special client requests or requirements.
- Delegating crew members and setting work priorities to ensure that our clientele is provided with efficient and high-quality service. You will coordinate with teams in the field to insure task and service completion and monitor for any delays in service.
- Ensuring that staff understands Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010 and their responsibilities and restrictions under this Act.
- Providing training of health and safety matters, especially on safety measures under Private Security Personnel and Private Investigators Act 2010. This is particularly important as it pertains to fleet vehicles and you must ensure that our vehicles are mechanically sound and in good working condition daily. You will prepare and conduct training as necessary to teams and individuals on health and occupational safety.
- Oversee the completion of vehicle check sheets with focus on the safety, cleanliness, and readiness of our fleet (including WOF, registration, refuelling and document upkeep).
- Ensuring that regular maintenance is performed on fleet vehicles and accessories (including GPS units).
- Managing safe and proper transportation of vehicles and goods.
- Properly overseeing end-day procedures for returning fleet vehicles and teams (i.e. personal digital analyser logging), repair requests, and proper banking.
- Making sure that all necessary equipment and forms are stocked in fleet vehicles including multipacks, DC books, CCD books, ATM printer and rolls.
