About these roles
We are operating a large portion of the Metlink bus network. We have depots in Rongotai and Grenada and we need experienced, motivated and hands-on operations people to join our growing team in Operations Supervisor roles within these locations.
This is a fast-paced, exciting industry and these positions will suit individuals who thrive on change and quick, methodical decision making. Your task will be to ensure our network is functioning at all times. If you have an operational or logistical background or you are someone who isn't afraid to juggle multiple complexities and make things happen - then call us today. You will enjoy working shift work over a 7-day roster.
To be successful you will have:
- Operations or logistics experience
- The ability to lead by example, establish and maintain mutual respect within your team
- Communicate effectively and influence behaviour with positive outcomes
- Competent computer skills to maintain and process personnel records, rosters, timesheets and communications
- The ability to be trained and/or train others in new technology
