The work and the team at Creative HQ is growing, and we need another incredible and experienced startup-savvy person to join our fast and busy workplace, help grow our programmes and products, and work with smart clients looking for a better way to a better world.

We run New Zealand's top startup accelerator programme Lightning Lab, nationwide startup platform SCALE, services delivering startup growth and investment support, global connection building, and specific startup-based innovation services for established organisations like Fonterra, TradeMe, and government agencies.
YOU ARE the incredible individual we're looking for; meaning you could show your experience in a high-growth company or deep within the startup community, and how you use this expertise as an amazing coach and facilitator.
You are comfortable working to a high standard with imperfect information and motivating others to do the same. To do this you're highly organised and understand the power of structured process in a busy and dynamic environment. You are tech-savvy and know how to keep up to date within that fast-changing environment.
YOU WOULD deliver Creative HQ's startup-centric innovation programmes, working with leading New Zealand businesses, large and small, public and social sector organisations, and innovation clients across New Zealand and globally. You will learn our tools for coaching and layer your own expertise on top of that with the teams we help.
Day to day you'll meet with founders, innovators, and people improving their ability to do more better in an uncertain world. You will deliver coaching sessions, challenge and help teams to question, rethink and re-engineer the way the world works. You'll be one of our diverse team of specialists from design, investment, coaching, sales and technology backgrounds.
AS ONE of the Creative HQ whanau you'll be an ardent fan of learning through doing, and experimenting at speed. You'll be a champion for the ventures and teams we work with, ensuring their momentum and motivation matches our investment of time, energy and people.
