The Company
This reputable and nationally represented automotive parts specialist company is looking for an experience Area Manager to be responsible for a number of branches across New Zealand.
The Role
This role calls for proven sales and leadership skills to build the brand, maximize market potential, develop new business through analysing account potential. Strong understanding of the automotive industry is required, along with the ability to build teams and managers to deliver strong results for the business.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for an experienced automotive manager. To be successful with your application you will be a natural leader of people with proven negotiation and sales skills. We are looking for someone with the following:
- 5 years plus automotive experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams
- Previous P & L responsibility
- Proactive nature
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- An ability to multi task
- Being a team player
