A perfect opportunity has arisen to snap up a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. Sharing your time between our busy Trade Counter and our Showroom you will be working closely with our valued plumbing and trade customers on our busy trade counter processing sales, answering phone enquiries and providing a customer experience that is second to none.

As our first point of contact you will also be working directly with our retail customers and Group Home Builders to offer product support and design solutions for our stunning front of wall bathroom products, ensuring their every idea comes to fruition when it comes to our customer's new bathrooms and inspiring them with a winning instore experience.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but can remain calm under pressure and work well with the team to achieve our goals. You’ll need oodles of energy, exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and enjoy contributing to a successful team.

Trade or bathroom knowledge is always beneficial as however your initiative, customer focus and commitment to see our business grow will see you succeed in this role. 

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm with a rostered Saturday 9.00am – 3.00pm.
