As a Kathmandu Store Manager, your core responsibility will be to build and drive a customer-led culture through the execution of sales, service and compliance initiatives enabling the profitable running of the store. You will inspire and lead a dynamic team of outdoor enthusiasts to reach set KPIs, whilst also ensuring you create an enjoyable experience for each and every customer.

The position of Store Manager has a point of difference. It enables further individual career development by providing the opportunity to participate in the operational strategy. This will involve representing the store and supporting the wider network in the development and execution of initiatives and processes, and being involved in mentoring and guidance opportunities. This role will provide an invaluable opportunity to be exposed to the retail operations team and wider support network.

• A proven track record of sales and profit achievement (ideally 5+ years) through exceptional store leadership
• Competence in all aspects of Store Operation; POS, stock control, cash handling, security, and administration
• A passion for customer experience including execution of visual merchandising and store presentation through a customer lens
• Ability to develop your team's passion to drive sales & provide world class customer service through your consistent and outstanding leadership
• Exceptional problem solving abilities, time management and a proactive outlook
• A genuine passion for our products and the growth of our business
