Calling all digital marketing gurus! We are looking for an online store manager assistant to join a luxury + lifestyle brand!!
Reporting into the Online Store Manager, this is a junior role for emerging talent. This company is Auckland based and has a great company culture!
In this role, you will be assisting with the creation and execution of the brands online and e-commerce experience. You will be maintaining and building online channels, the social media presence in New Zealand and Internationally aligning the brand with the company's strategic goals.
Working for a Luxury & Lifestyle fashion brand, this role will be responsible for;
- Working on graphics for the online store, including all promotional activities
- Rolling out the promotions across the social media platforms
- Create Blogs and Inspiration pages to enhance and tell the story of the store and its brands.
- Timeline development projects and check off invoices against quotes.
- Create an engaging weekly e-newsletter, produced for all online channels resulting increasing click through to the online stores and increased sales
- Uploading product shots to the website
- Editing copy and product details on the website
- Deliver excellent customer service and help with shipping and service enquiries
- Work together with the physical store to ensure cohesive representation from the store through to all aspects of online.
To be successful in this role, you will bring with you;
- An eye for detail
- A flair for fashion and style
- Graphic design skills and experience in photoshop, adobe or In Design
- Basic experience or an understanding of website management
- The desire to progress your career within the digital marketing and fashion field
