Your key responsibilities:

• Confidence in leadership, training and recruitment through to team development
• Commitment to achieving sales budgets and KPI targets
• Fantastic time management, delegation and task prioritizing skills
• Managing rosters and wages
• Maintaining store presentation standards
• Run a Tuesday to Saturday roster

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Experience in a retail management capacity
• Excellent communication skills
• Store time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
