Our beautiful PANDORA Store based in Dunedin is looking for a Store Manager to continue to lead them to success within the PANDORA family. As a Store Manager you will be the heart of your store and once fully trained you will be responsible for fostering a high-performing and caring culture within your store.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Accountable for managing, motivating and inspiring the team
- Achieve or exceed store sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage rosters in line with our budgets
- Oversee Visual Merchandising
- Maintain staff training
- Responsible for stock control
- Accountable for all store related activities
Skills and experience
- Proven track record of managing Retail Assistants
- Sound sales experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience managing rosters
