This is a key role supporting the growing Tigerlily brand! The role of a Tigerlily Store Manager is to lead and coach the team to achieve sales and KPI targets, while providing outstanding customer service. 
  
ABOUT THE BRAND

THE ROLE
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and inspire team to deliver outstanding customer service to encourage new and returning customers
  • Manage and maintain store operational budgets
  • Ensure individual and store sales targets are met to maximise profitability
  • Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards, including personal and team presentation, to enhance customer experience
  • Ensure individual and store compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, Loss Prevention and Security policies and procedures
  • Regularly communicate and report store performance and progress to Head Office management
  • Personify the Tigerlily Ethos of being Authentic, Honest and Inspiring
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Proven experience in a volume retail sales environment incorporating front line sales and supervision of 5/10+ staff
  • Proven track record of achieving sales results and driving sales culture
  • Knowledge of human resource and personnel management principles, including experience with recruitment and selection
  • Experience in managing a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills appropriate to deal with a range of team members and customers
  • Ability to coordinate, report on and action stock management and stock take procedures and practices
  • Excellent time and personal management skills in a dynamic work environment
  • Solid computer skills
  • A passion for our brand and understanding of what it represents to our customers
