We are looking to employ a person having passion for customer service and to maximise sales and achieve specified profit margins whilst managing expenses during buying process.
Key responsibilities:
- monitoring sales data and stock levels, and analysing business requirement' and information to keep informed of changing conditions
- negotiating purchase, promotion and supply arrangements with suppliers
- designing and implementing pricing, marketing, promotional and display strategies
- liaising with management on long-term planning and sales promotions
- establishing buying plans according to seasonal and budgetary requirements
- anticipating consumer trends and determining quantity, style and quality of goods to be purchased
- Complete shelf management through reviewing category shelf layouts to ensure maximum sales and profit potential is reached. Plan new line space allocation and undertake space management e.g. relays / refits.

To be successful in this role:
ESSENTIAL
- Relevant qualification in Business or Management
- Computer literate
- Retail experience for more than 1 years
- Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role.
- Able to perform the tasks independently
- A passion for excellence in customer service and sales
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
DESIRED
- Good command of written / spoken English
- Advanced maths skills
- Grocery retail experience
