We have an opening for an inspiring operational leader to take ownership of our Bay of Plenty Cluster, supporting our Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Rotorua and Whakatane service locations, leading 15+ people across the 4 locations.

- Deliver operational excellence and lead business performance
- Lead, coach, develop and engage direct reports remotely across multiple sites
- Take ownership over the recruitment, training and performance of your team members

Our successful candidate will be experienced in leading business performance, developing and engaging your team, whilst delivering customer solutions and great service. Ideally, your experience will include exposure to working across multiple sites and leading in a customer service or operational environment.
