GROCERY MANAGER – FULL TIME - Need a challenging exciting change? We currently have an opening for a Grocery Manger; If you think you have what it takes to become our next Grocery Manager, we would love to hear from you. This role requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency, and excellent communication skills. A well suited candidate can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions, and is able to creatively problem solve. You will be committed to the following: Building, leading and supporting a successful team Providing and encouraging excellent customer service Maintaining an eye for detail and ensuring the store is immaculately presented at all times Maintaining professional working relationships Striving to meet all budget expectations Health and Safety/Food Safety conscious We are seeking a person who has an excellent work ethics, a hard working “can do” attitude, a high level of personal presentation and flexibility in work hours. Supermarket and management experience would be preferred, but not necessary. For the right person there is a possibility for career advancement, and training opportunities.
