The company offers two distinct footwear categories: a lifestyle division and a high performance division. 

The Role:
As the success stems from its employees, high-quality service and team environment. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join one of the highest turnover locations in St Lukes!
 
Key Requirements:

• Assistant Management experience in fashion or footwear
• Lively, bubbly and infectious personality
• Driven and motivated leader
• Understanding of KPIs and driving success
• Ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
• Driving the commercial success of your business
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team
