Napier City Pak'nSave are looking for a Grocery Supervisor to join the team.
The days and hours are as follows: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs - 3.30pm-midnight (40hours)
The Grocery Supervisor role is to assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the department to ensure that sufficient quantities and range of products are available for sale at the correct price at all times during opening hours as well as ensuring the department is well merchandised, clean, tidy and attractively presented. You will assist the manager in performance planning with team members, and assist in training staff.
To be considered for this role you will: Have experience in a busy FMCG environment, have a supervisory background and be confident with managing tasks, be able to communicate effectively with staff and have knowledge of supermarket operations and expectations.
Having a current forklift/reach truck license is an advantage.
