With a customer-centric approach and working collaboratively with product, insights and content teams, you'll be responsible for strategy planning and campaign management to drive customer engagement and retention. Your understanding of how to effectively engage customers and craft customer journeys means you can confidently direct and shape their CRM strategy plus deliver campaigns that resonate with your audience.

I'm looking for a passionate, energetic data driven Marketing Manager with direct marketing/retention/CRM experience who have worked across lifecycle communications programmes. Solid exposure to marketing automation will be highly beneficial.
