Due to new client wins, Undertow Media has an opening for a communications professional to work on our client mix that includes Roadshow Films, Alibaba, Better Burger and more.
We're looking for someone with minimum 4 years communications experience who is not only creative, concise and super organised, but also ambitious and knows what it takes to achieve amazing results.
You will need a solid understanding of how the media works, a network of media contacts, top-notch written and verbal communication skills and be completely across social media.

Major responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day client activity and contact
- Assist Directors with ongoing, regular client contact to ensure client needs and requirements are met
- Establish and maintain appropriate, ongoing client relationships
- Attend client WIPs and meetings
- Produce work that is of the highest standard at all times, to ensure client is receiving best practice work
- Assist with strategy plans incorporating new initiatives and best practice
- Lead regular work in progress meetings
- Manage client budgets and monthly disbursements
- Develop key client/account related materials
- Copywrite and edit media materials and presentations
- Assist with event management
- Provide creative and constructive input to proposals, brainstorms and meetings
- Assist with research and composition of materials for proposals, client and company materials
- Manage junior staff including reviewing of work and providing guidance and feedback
- Commit to personal and professional development
- Be a team player at all times
