About the role:
Consumers send over 10m parcels with NZ Post and we want to make each of those experiences the best that they can be! In this role, you will focus on creating products and features that this audience wants. You will bring a strategic and commercial view to the business and enable effective marketing campaigns. You will be curious about what makes this audience tick and what works for the business to develop a vision for the future.
A bit about you:
To be successful in this role you will have proven marketing experience across multiple marketing disciplines and capability to work across matrix teams in a large organisation. We're looking for someone who is an energetic and organised self-starter, who acts with customers in mind whilst delivering to commercial outcomes. You'll be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and interact well with others. Excellent knowledge of segmentation, product management and digital marketing will be highly valued in this role.
